Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 “On Personal Data Protection” and sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by LevLand (the “Operator”) to protect it.
The Operator considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, to be an essential objective and condition of its activities.
This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to https://levland.com.ua/.

2. Key Terms Used in This Policy

Automated processing of personal data means processing personal data using computing equipment.

Blocking of personal data means temporarily suspending the processing of personal data, except where processing is required to verify or clarify that data.

Website means the collection of graphic and information materials, computer programmes and databases that make them available online at https://levland.com.ua/.
Personal data information system means the set of personal data held in databases together with the information technologies and technical means used to process it.

Anonymisation of personal data means actions that make it impossible, without additional information, to determine whether personal data belongs to a particular User or another personal data subject.

Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions performed with or without automated tools in relation to personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification or updating, retrieval, use, transfer, distribution, provision, access, anonymisation, blocking, deletion or destruction.

Operator means a public or municipal authority, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with others, organises and/or carries out personal data processing and determines its purposes, the personal data to be processed and the actions performed with that data.
Personal data means any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable User of https://levland.com.ua/.

User means any visitor to https://levland.com.ua/.
Provision of personal data means actions intended to disclose personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
Distribution of personal data means actions intended to disclose personal data to an unlimited group of persons, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks or access by any other means.

Cross-border transfer of personal data means transferring personal data to the territory of a foreign state, a foreign public authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.

Destruction of personal data means actions that irreversibly destroy personal data so that its content cannot be restored in the personal data information system and/or destroy the physical media on which it is stored.

3. Personal Data the Operator May Process

– Full name;
– Email address;
– Telephone number;
– The website also collects and processes anonymised visitor data, including cookies, through internet analytics services such as Google Analytics and similar tools.
The information listed above is collectively referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The User’s personal data is processed to communicate with the User, including by email.
The Operator may also send information about new products and services, special offers and events. The User may opt out of these messages at any time by emailing leoland0101@gmail.com with the subject “Unsubscribe from product, service and special offer notifications”.

Anonymised data collected through analytics services is used to understand how Users interact with the website and to improve its quality and content.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

The Operator processes a User’s personal data only when the User enters and/or submits it through forms available on https://levland.com.ua/. By completing and/or submitting the relevant forms, the User consents to this Policy.
The Operator processes anonymised User data when this is permitted by the User’s browser settings, including when cookies and JavaScript are enabled.

6. Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Processing of Personal Data

The Operator protects the personal data it processes by implementing the legal, organisational and technical measures required by applicable personal data protection legislation.

The Operator safeguards personal data and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access.
The User’s personal data will not be transferred to third parties except where required by applicable law.

If personal data is inaccurate, the User may request that it be updated by emailing the Operator at leoland0101@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data update”.

Personal data is processed for an indefinite period. The User may withdraw consent to processing at any time by emailing leoland0101@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before transferring personal data across borders, the Operator must ensure that the destination country provides reliable protection for the rights of personal data subjects.
Personal data may be transferred to countries that do not meet these requirements only with the written consent of the personal data subject and/or where necessary to perform a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

Users may obtain clarification about the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator at leoland0101@gmail.com.
Any changes to the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in effect until replaced by a new version.
